Hey Peter…sorry for the late reply. This comment must have slipped by me.

In the future, you can submit a support ticket at the link on this page so we don’t miss your question:

    http://premopress.com/support/

I looked at your site and the bottom left widget looks normal to me so I’m assuming you have it fixed?

If you want the featured image size to come out perfect, resize your image to 274×144 before uploading it as the featured image. This will ensure your image doesn’t look stretched out.

    Hope this helps,
    -Peter

    Hi Peter,

    Me again!

Could you have a look at my home page please?
    It’s at http://canberrasearch.info/chiro/

You’ll notice the bottom left widgets font is too big. On the “pain refief” page, I set the font at 8 poinrs, but no change.
Also, have you got an optimum size for the featured images? I wonder if I’ve made them too big and that is what is causing the problem.

Just got thos client today, so I want to do a good job.

    Thanks,

    Peter

    Thanks Peter,

I thought of that solution about 5 minutes after I sent the query – just like those emails when you press “send” and then wish you hadn’t!

Hey Peter…I would install the theme on different sub directories like this:

    http://yourdomain.com/electrician
    http://yourdomain.com/painters

    etc…

Not sure if this is what you were asking but that’s what I would do.

    Hi Peter,
I would like to use the contractor theme to show to tradesmen in different fields.
What I would like to do is have a demo site for electricians, builders, house painters etc. all on the same url, rather than having to buy a new domain for each trade.
At the moment I’m using spare domains for each one – for instance my clean and flossy demo is on http://www.poiseandelegance.com which has nothing to do with dentists!
Is there a way round this?
    Cheers,

Hi Peter how do I get my Logo to be at the left of the page as in the sample site. Mine goes to the middle of the page
    Site is http://balancedbookeepers.com.au

BTW when will you have the mobile plugin for these themes?

    Peter Beattie Reply:

    Hey Les,

This was a bug that has been fixed with the latest theme update (1.1.04) which can be downloaded within the members area. Just update your site with the newest theme and that issue should go away.

We are still working on the mobile themes and they should be available around the same time that we release the next set of themes. (within the next 3-4 weeks)

    Thanks,
    -Peter

    Hey Corina,

Have you updated to the latest 1.1 version of this theme? There was a bug in version 1.0 that caused this error and it has been fixed in the latest release.

    Thanks,
    -Peter

How do I change the colour of the welcome bar? I have tried entering html code in the widget area to no avail and I can’t seem to find it anywhere in the theme settings options. Could someone point me in the right direction please.

    Hey Philippe,

Can you provide us with the exact html code you are trying to use?

Please post it as a ticket in the support desk in case we need to have a look in your WP dashboard.

    Hey Simon,

Yes, that was the intention for the fix that would allow you to use a different default WordPress upload folder.

If you still have issues after updating, please let us know via the support desk.

    Thanks,
    -Peter

    Hi Peter,

Your update is a very good new !

I live in France and in the old version I have done the language translation by myself using
notepad++ to find the sentences to translate.

It will be much easier in this version. Thank you very much to think to other languages than english.

Personnally I have a problem with the footer.

I want to include this piece of code:
“Site réalisé par CréationSiteNormandie.com” to redirect visitors to my offline business website.

But the link dosen’t appear online as you can see here: http://www.peintretours.com

Is this problem can be fixed ?

Do you think to add possibility to add links in the footer as “privacy policy, disclamer, etc…” ?

    Regards from France,
    Philippe

PS: The site is not updated for the moment.

    Peter Beattie Reply:

    Hey Philippe,

You can add footer links under the “Footer Settings” panel in the theme options. You can add text or use html to add links as you want to do.

Have you checked out the Footer setting tutorial video in the members area?

    Thanks,
    -Peter

    Hey George,

Please download again and reinstall. We had the line spacing set too large but just fixed it.

    Thanks,

Hi, just updated this theme and checked the site. After changing the color on the welcome section I did notice that their was more spacing between sentences. 2nd sentance was pushed down further on the page.

    site is http://birthdaypartyexpert.com

Take a look to see what I am talking about. Hopefully an easy fix.
